It depends on the state of the work and the scope agreed at the planning stage. We give an estimate in writing before anything begins, and tell you plainly if a deadline is not realistic.
Yes. Reviewer response, revision and resubmission are part of what we do, whether or not we were involved in the original draft.
Both, depending on the format. Webinars are online; workshops and bootcamps are usually held in person. Each programme page states which applies.
